The meals

The meals are elaborate with fresh farm or local products. 
They are inspired by the Cevenol and meridional cuisine, simple and  generous, with the scents of the south; thyme, garlic, olive and sweet chestnuts.




At our guesttable you can taste of the traditional Cevennes specialities and also various grilled dishes and divers salads.
