The meals


The meals are elaborate with fresh farm or local products. 
They are inspired by the Cevenol and meridional cuisine, simple and  generous, with the scents of the south; thyme, garlic, olive and sweet chestnuts.

Breakfast is served in the auberge and in summer the evening meals are served on the terrace, to enjoy the splendid view, while taking a good meal.
